All sales are final. Returns are only considered under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Aletto Jewelers. If a return is approved, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition.
- The watch must be exactly as purchased, with no alterations (e.g., bracelet sizing or link removal).
- All original packaging, protective materials (tapes, plastics, hang tags, etc.), and accompanying accessories must be intact.
- The return request must be approved in advance by an Aletto Jewelers representative at (561) 750-0822.
RETURNS SHIPPED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED.
If a return is authorized, Aletto Jewelers will provide a Return Item Reference Number (RIRN) along with a pre-paid FedEx shipping label. The item must be packaged securely, similar to how it was received. If a refund is granted, deductions for shipping, mandatory insurance fees, and a restocking fee of 3% will apply. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Aletto Jewelers warranties all watches sold for one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers only manufacturer’s parts that existed at the time of sale and is void if the watch has been altered.
